ABOUT ME
PROFESSIONALLY
I am a senior manager with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry.
The areas in which I consider myself an expert are:
Project
management
I co-led the largest projects:
– in Poland (COTP, replacement of the billing system in Orange Polska)
– and in the world (ITSM NextGen i.e. replacement of the Operations area service system at F.Hoffmann-La Roche AG, related to the change of business processes and the reconstruction of the entire Operations area)
People
management
Lingaro has been awarded twice the 2nd place in the prestigious competition for the best employer in the Polish IT industry according to employees (anonymous survey);
as part of the partial results, people reporting to me showed the greatest motivation and satisfaction with their work, which was also confirmed by an internal survey
Building new site
from scratch
3 years ago, at the request of the company, I moved from Warsaw to Lublin to create a new, fully functional branch of the company from scratch;
I was the No. 1 employee in a city where I did not know a single person, then I built a complete structure, with all profiles and levels, with over 130 people employed, the vast majority of whom still work for us
